If you’re excited our bacon is back in stock, you’re not the only one! I love feeding our kids food from our farm that they’re delighted to eat. Sunday’s are the day we all sit down to breakfast together and while we don’t eat bacon every time because it’s the least healthy thing we produce, we are happy to know that it’s the healthiest bacon we can eat! Our pigs always have access to eat grass and we see them doing it often. They also get certified organic feed that has no corn or soy as we work to get a better ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids in our diet. Our goal is for optimal nutrition for our animals and our family. As we work at improving our pastures and pig forage we will aim for reducing our feed inputs. It’s a work in progress and a loving work. #sundays
